Refund policy

At BuyMela, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at helpdesk@buymela.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, used personal care or bath products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helpdesk@buymela.co.in with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
